Cloonee Lakes - Fly Fishing only.
Two scenic loughs lying 14km south of Kenmare, holding an excellent stock of brown trout with some sea trout
and occasional grisle from late July. The brownies average 8oz up to 1 lb. and they take freely and
are terrific fighters. As the loughs are shallow fishing is all possible all over the lakes.
